  • Delivery depends on telecom operators, Meta, Google, and internet availability;
  • Message templates may require approval from platform providers;
  • Messaging content must comply with applicable laws and policies.

Users shall not misuse communication systems for:

  • Spam;
  • Harassment;
  • Fraudulent marketing;
  • Unauthorized promotions;
  • Illegal activities.

Violation may lead to immediate suspension.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

MUSALE CLASSES does not guarantee:

  • Instant delivery;
  • Continuous availability;
  • Error-free communications.

Message delivery may be affected by:

  • Telecom outages;
  • Internet disruptions;
  • Platform restrictions;
  • User device settings;
  • Regulatory limitations.

12. Intellectual Property Rights
